While the order is still with us

Cancellation is free right up to the moment the courier collects . We pack against a 3:00 PM IST cut-off, so early messages are the ones we can act on.

Once the courier has it

We have no way to stop a parcel already with the courier . Use the return policy instead — 10 days from delivery.

Refunds on cancelled orders

Cancel a prepaid order in time and the reversal runs 5 to 7 working days — the timeline the Reserve Bank of India sets for payment reversals.

Nothing is charged on a Cash on Delivery order cancelled before dispatch, so there is nothing to refund — and we charge no cancellation or restocking fee.

When we cancel

Sometimes we are the ones who cannot proceed, whether from damaged stock, courier coverage, or details that do not check out. We tell you why and return every rupee.

We prefer an honest cancellation to a disappointing delivery.
