Our catalogue is bought from suppliers and sold as our own. We make nothing ourselves and represent no manufacturer.
If there is a problem
we pick, check and pack an order in 1–2 business days ; the courier then takes 3–9 business days depending on the pin code.
We ask every customer to record the unboxing. Where an item is damaged, incorrect or short, send that video within 48 hours of delivery and we put it right at our expense.
Returns run for 10 days from delivery, refunds within 7 business days — and we do not offer a direct exchange, which we say up front rather than at the point you need it.
