Orders leave our place in Indore and travel by courier — what it costs, how long it takes, and what to do when something is wrong.

What you pay for delivery

free delivery starts at ₹999 and below that a flat ₹49 is added at checkout, once per order rather than per item.

There is no surcharge for paying on delivery.

Dispatch and delivery times

an order spends 1–2 business days with us before it leaves and then from collection to your door is 3–9 business days.

3:00 PM IST is the cut-off; past it your order is packed for the next working day.

These are courier estimates rather than guarantees . When something slips, you hear it from us.

Which addresses we serve

Delivery is to Indian addresses only — we do not ship internationally and cannot hand parcels to a freight forwarder.

There are pin codes our courier partners will not take . We would rather refund than keep an order we cannot fulfil.

Following your order

You get a tracking link by email at the point of collection . Early silence on the tracking page is normal. Write to [email protected] or call +91 7312542471.

If something goes wrong on the way

We ask every customer to record the unboxing. Where an item is damaged, incorrect or short, send that video within 48 hours of delivery and we put it right at our expense.

Parcels that cannot be delivered return to our address . We will resend on a corrected address, charging the flat delivery fee for the second run.
