Here is what we hold about you, and why, together with your rights over it.

Data we hold

• Contact and delivery details: name, address, email, phone
• A list of your previous orders, used to handle queries and returns
• The routine data any web server records: IP address, device, pages opened

We hold no card or banking credentials . UPI runs in your bank’s app and cash is handed to the courier; neither route sends us anything of that kind.

Why we use it

For fulfilment, correspondence, returns and refunds, and the record-keeping the law imposes . We neither profile you for advertising nor sell your details.

Who else sees it

Only those who need it to complete your order: the courier carrying the parcel, and the hosting and email providers that run this site — they act on our instructions and cannot use your details for their own ends. Disclosure to authorities happens only under legal obligation.

Nothing about your home layout is collected. The measurements you check are yours alone.

How long we keep it

Invoices and order records stay for the statutory period . Closed enquiries are removed, and no data is hoarded.

Cookies and the basket

Cookies here do two jobs: hold your basket and session, and count page use . Browser-level blocking is possible; the basket then fails.

We send no marketing email . Order updates are the whole of it.

What you can ask for

Access, correction and erasure are yours to request under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000), except where retention is legally required Route it through the Grievance Officer below and expect a reply within a reasonable period.

A member of our team holds the role. You will get an acknowledgement and an account of what we do next.

Keeping it safe

Traffic is encrypted and order records are restricted to fulfilment staff . Should a breach ever touch your data, you and the authority both hear from us.
